Services Provided

PAC Perth Amboy Concrete provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial services, and retaining walls. All services are provided in Perth Amboy, NJ and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on current market conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property in accordance with New Jersey state law.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but may not cover damage from improper use, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow our recommended maintenance guidelines, which will be provided upon project completion.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide us with safe and reasonable access to your property for the duration of the project. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring our crew can work safely.

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. However, you are responsible for any damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked before excavation.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes may affect the timeline and cost of your project. Additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

PAC Perth Amboy Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in accordance with New Jersey state law in Middlesex County courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
